DIJLAH in joint venture with Dar Al-Amara Consulting Engineers, prepared all drawings and documentation for the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation to rehabilitate as a turn-key project after being bombed in the last Gulf War in March 2003. The building was severely damaged and burnt which requires a total make over. DIJLAH proposed preliminary redesign for the Ministry building.
