RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN QALA’AT SALIH Qala'at Salih, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Budget: US$ 48 M This residential complex is composed of 40 residential buildings (2 types) that contain 480 dwelling units. Also the complex contains all necessary facilities like schools, yards and green areas, administration buildings, mosque, Medical Center, Main Market, and Service Buildings. Total area of site is 54 Donum. All buildings have 3 floors.	LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX Amarah, Iraq Date: 2008 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Budget: US$ 175 M This residential complex is composed of 123 residential buildings (3 types) that contain 1,008 dwelling units. Also the complex contains all necessary facilities like schools, kindergarten, nurseries, police station, yards and green areas, administration buildings, youth center, mosque, and other buildings. Total area of site is 190 Donum. Inhabitants of this complex exceed 7,000 people.
KARBALA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN KARBALA (624 Units), Karbala, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: General Council for Housing Budget: US$ 65 M This residential complex is composed of 52 residential buildings (2 types) that contain 624 dwelling units. Also the complex contains all necessary facilities like schools, yards and green areas, administration buildings, mosque, Medical Centre, Main Market, and Service buildings. Total area of site is 62 Donum. All Residential buildings have 3 floors. RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN AL-DAWRA Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Diwan Al Waqf Al Sunni Budget: US$ 36 M We have designed a residential complex in AL-Dawra Neighborhood, South of Baghdad. This complex consists of 1,500 dwelling units.	RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX 3 STORIES Amarah, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Ministry of Oil Budget: US$ 22 M Low Rise Residential Complex (1,000 Dwelling Unit). Building type A contains 12 apartments (4 apartments in each level. The area of the apartment is 145 M^2 (3 bedrooms). Building types A contains 12 apartments (4 apartments in each level). PROJECT 10X10 (THE NEW SADAR CITY) Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Baghdad Mayoralty Budget: US$ Prelim. Design This is a major master planning project to rehabilitate and redesign the Sadr City, a crowded and populated neighborhood in the North East of Baghdad. Currently this is a very poor place, and infrastructure is weak. We, in collaboration with Broadway Malyan, a famous British consultant, has prepared the documents for this project. MAYSAN HOUSING PROJECT Amarah, Iraq Date: 2008 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Budget: US$ 165 M This is a huge compound with an area reaches 600,000 M^2. It is a compound that is composed of 1,000 detached houses (3 models) with areas ranging between 200 M^2 and 300 M^2. Also, the compound contains all necessary facilities like schools, kindergarten, nurseries, police station, yards and green areas, administration buildings, youth center, mosque, and other buildings.
DREAM CITY Erbil, Iraq Date: 2006 Client: Al Sharq Co. Budget: US$ 6 M Dream City is one of the most comprehensive and important projects that determines the renaissance of Kurdistan Region, North of Iraq. This project has all the requirements of a successful real estate and touristic project. It has villas and houses with lot areas that range from 250 M^2 to 900 M^2. Also, all facilities of a modern and stylish residential compound. DAR AL BARAKAH HOUSING PROJECT IN KARBALAA Date: 2015 Duration: 3 months Construction Budget: (Proposal only) Client: Al-Nawamees and Aljawadain Group Company Beneficiary: Al-Ataba Al-Hussiniya Awarding body: Al-Ataba Al-Hussiniya Awarded body: (Proposal only) Dijlah with Cadini prepared the preliminary designs for the complex which consists of 760 apartments in addition to hotel and mall. The investing company was Al-Nawamees and Aljawadain Group.
HAY AL-SALAM NEW HOUSING COMPLEX, Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2016 Duration: 4 months Client: Markez Inc. Beneficiary: Markez Inc. Awarding body: Markez Inc. Awarded body: Dijlah Consulting Engineers The project is a (14 floors) housing complex contains 24 buildings, 84 residential apartments for each building with school and medical center. Dijlah prepared the preliminary designs for this project for the favour of the investing company Markez Inc.	AL-SAIDIYA HOUSING COMPLEX, Thi Qar, Iraq Date: 2016 Duration: 3 months Construction Budget: (Proposal only) Client: Markez Inc. Beneficiary: Markez Inc. Awarding body: Markez Inc. Awarded body: Dijlah Consulting Engineers The project is a housing complex, its site area is 200 Donums (1 Donum = 2500 m²) located in Shatra city - Thi Qar Governorate. It contains several types of residential houses (200 m², 300 m², and 400 m²) with complete services buildings in the complex (Educational, Medical, Shopping, and Mosques).	INVESTMENT HOUSING PROJECT, Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2009 Construction Budget: 90 M USD Client: Dhifaf-Al-Nahrain Al-Sharqiyah Company Beneficiary: Investment Commission in Baghdad Awarding body: (Proposal only) Awarded body: (Proposal only) The Dijlah Al-Ahlam city housing complex consists of (5 and 10 stories), total houses of 530 dwelling units, mall, clinic, schools, green areas, and other service buildings. Dijlah prepared the preliminary designs, feasibility study partnered with Dhifaf-Al-Nahrain Al-Sharqiyah
LOW-COST HOUSES COMPLEX, Maysan, Iraq Date: 2008 Duration: 8 months Construction Budget: 14 M USD Client: Maysan Governorate Beneficiary: Maysan Governorate Awarding body: Maysan Governorate Awarded body: Dijlah Consulting Engineers The project consists of 500 low cost houses, the area is 200 m2 for each, and the built area will be 90 m2 expansible to 120 m2 taking into consideration the necessary service for the complex as well as schools, markets, ..etc.	AL-JUBAILA HOUSING COMPLEX, Basra, Iraq Date: 2014 Client: General Company for Ports of Iraq Beneficiary: General Company for Ports of Iraq Awarding body: (Proposal only) Awarded body: (Proposal only) Dij prepared preliminary designs for the project in Al-Jubaila - Basra submitted as joint venture project with Cadini Group (Italian consultant firm). Two designs proposals were submitted, the site area is 36,000 m2 , consists of apartments building (10 floors each and a total of 400 apartments).	MAGHRABA HOUSING COMPLEX (500 UNITS), Maysan, Iraq Date: 2011 Construction Budget: (Proposal only) Client: Al-Khadraa Al-Motaheda Co. Beneficiary: Maysan Governorate Awarding body: (Proposal only) Awarded body: (Proposal only) Dijlah prepared preliminary designs for this project in Amarah city submitted by the company Al-Khadraa Al-Motaheda. The site area is 100 Donum for first proposal and 70 Donum (1 Donum = 2500 m²) for the second, consists 500 houses with area of 100 m2 each and 3 types of designs proposals.
