Kufa, Iraq Date: 2012 Client: Al-Khadraa Al-Muttahida Contracting Co. Budget: US$ This proposal for an underground Tunnel in the City of Kufa. This tunnel has a total of 6 lanes, 3 lanes in each direction. Its main purpose is to transport Pilgrims to and from Masjid Al-Kufa.

Baghdad-Hilla, Iraq Date: 2012 Client: Bairaq-el-Ameer Company for General Contracting and Trading Budget: US$ 30 M Baghdad-Hilla Road connects between the Capital City Baghdad and the City of Hilla, with a length of 30 Km. The preparation of design drawings according to the technical specifications of roads and bridges (SCRB), and a topographic survey that has been conducted for this project with the design of three traffic overpass interchanges.

Mosul, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Nineveh Governorate Budget: US$ 130 M This project is located in the East side of Mosul with length of 2.6 km (two directions). The interchange runs over three interchanges in the following: Al-Faisalyia, Al-Zira`ah with tunnel design with each interchange, and Al-Dhubbat at end of interchange which is considered as one of most complicated traffic interchanges which connects surrounding areas with the West section of Mosul.

This is a major interchange in Al-Hillah, Babylon. This interchange consists mainly of one 2-sided overpass with all required approaches. Also, roads were designed to achieve the optimum traffic flow.

Amarah, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Budget: US $2.5 M DIJLAH prepared all the necessary engineering drawings and documents for the steel structure bridge in Amarah, South of Iraq. This bridge is located on Al-Izz River in the famous area of marshes, which is a very distinguished area and is well-known landmark for Iraq. The bridge has a length of 100 m.

Mosul, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Ministry Municipalities & Public Works Budget: US$ 23 M For this interchange, traffic study was taken into consideration in design. This is a major interchange in the city of Mosul and is the largest in scale and cost among 5 interchanges that were designed by DIJLAH. It contains a major and minor overpass with an accurate and complex network of roads. Besides, a tunnel is added to make the traffic flow more flexible.

Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: Baghdad Mayoralty Budget: US$ 18 M The interchange is located in Baghdad (Karkh side) and connects the Al-Bayya' district with the expressway (Salahuddin Al-Ayubi St.) in the direction of North of Baghdad to reduce congestion that occurs at the intersection which connects Al-Bayya' district and Al-Amil district with Al-Jihad district. The work involves the preparation of the intersection and the bridge design of the interchange.

Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Baghdad Mayoralty Budget: US$ 13 M The intersection is located in Baghdad (Al-Rasafah side) which connects Al-Tahariyat Square in the Karradah district. The goal is to reduce traffic congestion in Al Za`farniya, Al Bab Al Sharqi route, one of the busiest intersections in Baghdad. The bridge is 500 m in length, 2 directions and 11 spans.

Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: Baghdad Mayoralty Budget: US$ 15 M One of interchanges proposed to be constructed in Baghdad to reduce the traffic congestion and traffic bottlenecks for the connecting roads between Al-Amil and Al-Hussein districts and the main road North of Baghdad toward Mosul. The interchange has a length of 550 m, 2 directions and 13 spans. The drawings and technical specifications for this interchange according to by SCRB standards.

Kirkuk, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Project International FZE Budget: US$ 8 M The intersection TIS'IN project is one of the important and strategic projects implemented by the Ministry of Municipalities at a cost of 21 billion and 876 million IQD within the investment budget for the Ministry of Municipalities. The project of the interchange has a length of 680 m and width 14 m, while the total length of the secondary interchange is 133 m and width 8 meters.

Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2008 Client: Baghdad Mayoralty Budget: US$ 32 M This project is considered one of the most complicated traffic intersections in Baghdad (Karkh area). It connects Al-Rahmanyia with July 14 St. and back with length 1 Km with design of 4 connecting loops with each length of 400 m. The interchange runs above railway tracks which comes from Al-Admiyah Station with ensures the avoidance of using the tracks ROWs thus the spans in points reached 50 m.
