Dij prepared preliminary designs for the project in Al-Jubaila – Basra submitted as joint venture project with Cadini Group
(Italian consultant firm). Two designs proposals were submitted, the
site area is 36,000 m2
, consists of apartments building (10 floors each and a total of 400 apartments).
