This is a Japanese Soft Loan project.Nippon Koei (Japan) was selected to do these studies, and Dijlah role was to support Nippon Koei by providing the necessary specialized engineers in the disciplines of agriculture and mechanical engineering in fields like pump engineering and other fields related to irrigation, in addition to attending all the meetings with Nippon Koei and MOWR.
