Preliminary Design
DIJLAH submitted engineering drawings for this project in cooperation with
D.A.T.A. Consultancy Firm in London, UK (on a joint venture basis). This tower
is composed of 32 floors; each floor is of an area of 500 M^2. It is a
commercial tower with recreation section and restaurants, art galleries, and a media center.
